LiST welcomes a new PhD student

Hemanjali Mude from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science – Pilani, Hyderabad campus, joined the LiST Team at DPU as a visiting PhD student from May to August 2024. Her research is focused on developing a new electrochemical sensor for Hepatitis C Virus detection based on thiol-tagged nucleic acid stands that she has synthesized in the Laboratory of Hemanjali Mude from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science – Pilani, Hyderabad campus, joined the LiST Team at DPU as a visiting PhD student from May to August 2024. Her research is focused on developing a new electrochemical sensor for Hepatitis C Virus detection based on thiol-tagged nucleic acid stands that she has synthesized in the Laboratory of Prof. Jayati Ray Dutta and Prof. Ramakrishnan Ganesan. She will now employ these thiol-tagged aptamers in electrochemical sensor devices for Hepatitis C Virus detection. Welcome Hemanjali!
