LiST Presence at the VII International Congress on Biophotonics 2024

From March 3 to 7, the VII International Congress on Biophotonics (ICOB2024), in conjunction with the X International Conference on Perspectives in Vibrational Spectroscopy (ICOPVS-2024), unfolded in Jena, Germany. Organized by Jurgen Popp, the scientific director of the Leibniz Institute for Photonic Technology in Jena (Leibniz IPHT), this academic gathering brought together numerous distinguished scientists to explore the latest advancements in biophotonics. In his presentation, titled "Ultrasensitive and Continuous Monitoring Biosensors Based on Plasmon-enhanced Fluorescence," Dr. Dostalek shared insights into the implementation of ultrasensitive detection schemes, achieving digital single-molecule detection. This innovative methodology involves anchoring biomolecular recognition elements to flexible polymer linkers and employing catalytic hairpin assembly-based amplification.
